About this deal

Andy's been a bit stressed, so Terry has decided they should head up to their new camping ground level for a much-needed holiday. This is a terrific book, especially for young boys who mistakenly think that they don't like to read. Be prepared to be faced with a range of slapstick scenarios and way out adventures as soon as you open this book. was published in 1998; the duo has since sold millions of copies all over the world and won several awards in the UK, USA and their homeland Australia. There are many instances of this and, although I get the comedic value of them, it wound up feeling like Griffiths was trying to reach a certain page count and he did so in the laziest way possible.

This illustrated guide to life, the universe and everything in between takes young readers on a whistle-stop tour of history, science, nature and lots more. First of all it has 13 stories complete with a bowling alley, shark tank, lemonade fountain, game room and a see through swimming pool. With lots of laughs at every level, Andy Griffiths and Terry Denton’s Treehouse series follow the adventures of best friends Andy and Terry who live in an ever-expanding treehouse. series, the wildly popular The Bad Book and The Very Bad Book, the ridiculous illustrated guide What Bumosaur is That? Griffiths and Denton create a metafictional triumph to engage even the most determined hater of books.

They’ve added 13 new levels, including a wishing well, a world-record-breaking level, a super-stinky stuff level and a TV quiz show level (hosted by no other than Quizzy the quizzical quizbot). like at first i was hating it because of how stupid it was but then i'd find myself CACKLING LIKE A BANSHEE so? This is not intended to be a full statement of all your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations. At the end of the book there are several pages that are just shrunken down images of previous pages because Andy and Terry are "writing the story" and that is the visual representation of them doing so. Essentially this book is your child’s Treehouse passport, have your kid grab it and jump into the crazy world of the bestselling Treehouse series by Andy Griffiths and Terry Denton.

Along the way, they encounter a giant mutant mermaid sea monster, the Maze of Doom, a boxing elephant, exploding eyeballs, a never-ending staircase, the Story Police, and the Tooth Fairy. A perfectly silly book ( series of 3, I believe) for that semi- reluctant Summer reader who is an 8-9 year old boy and needs to get back into " school mode.

Once Terry runs off, Andy enters the bathroom and finds out that Mermaidia was a sea monster in disguise. Compared to the other series of the 'Just' this book is more action-packed with absurd obstacles in their way to having fun. I use to hate reading and feel forced to read but now i will pick up one of these books and feel like i could read forever. Recomendo muito a crianças e a adultos que ainda tem uma criança dentro de si (estou muito poética hoje). We at Books2Door love a good witty, hilarious book that is both engaging and makes for a good read at the same time. Now imagine if you were able to live in this house with your best friend and engage in daily rounds of random fun! New York Times-bestselling team Andy Griffiths and Terry Denton invite readers to come hang out with them in their 143-Story Treehouse—the eleventh book in the illustrated chapter book series filled with Andy and Terry's signature slapstick humor! The first volume in the Treehouse series introduces young readers to Andy, Terry, their neighbour Jill and the WORLD'S BEST treehouse. The tenth book in the Treehouse series features a shiny anniversary cover and thirteen brand new floors for Andy and Terry to explore. But Anti-Andy, Terrible Terry and Junkyard Jill, their trouble-making opposites, are trapped in one of the mirrors — and they want out.

My favourite part of the book was the illustrations of the pages - pages within pages - especially the one that has a page within a page within a page. Their are cases of a flying cat, a missing cat, the big red nose, the drawing competition, the monster mermaid, the big bubble, the adventures of Superfinger and plenty more. Our Non-Fiction Range includes: Academic, Photography, Audio books, Business, Cook Books, Craft Books, Health and Fitness Books, Mind, Body, Spirit (Tarot). In this first edition of the bestselling series, Andy Griffiths and Terry Denton introduce the reader to their magnificent tree house. This is the perfect book for a reader who really needs to move to bigger books but is put off by the size of them - show them how few words there are on some pages, convince them to try "because its not as long as it looks" and hey .People LIKE their friends and (because of this) say nice things about them instead of destructive things. It has a baked bean geyser that erupts on the hour every hour, a wrecking ball, a fish milkshake shack, a word-o-matic (it knows every word in the whole world! Jam-packed with engrossing details – full of trivia, fun facts, and with never-before-known details, this collection is a guide book like no other, as well as an essential companion to the Treehouse series.
