it was a little overwhelming at some point but I’m exciting to read the rest , and how everything will unroll. Zander, the princess's betrothed, hates her, but he needs her help, and that makes it even more interesting. Romeria of this world is engaged to a king, who she is also responsible for the murder of his parents and seems to be persona non grata. There are scenes that made me smile and laugh, others that made my heart ache, and moments that shocked or had me on the edge of my seat.
