About this deal

The Gotham War will also feature the two-issue miniseries Batman/Catwoman: The Gotham War: Red Hood from writer Matthew Rosenberg with artist Nikola Čižmešija. In that miniseries, the Gotham War has fractured the Bat-Family in dramatic ways—none more intensely than with Jason Todd. This stunning event will forever alter the destiny of the man who wears the Red Hood! Among the more notable stops on Batman’s fantastic voyage are two different versions of the DC Animated Universe, one set during the Batman: The Animated Series era and another during Batman Beyond. The Batman of the Arkham video games makes a brief appearance, pointing out how he became more haunted in the wake of his Joker dying, serving as a clear warning sign for how Bruce’s life could go from the ongoing feud with his nemesis. However, one of the most inspiring encounters Batman has is with the ‘60s television iteration played by Adam West who, despite the campy trappings around him, provides his own valuable advice and secret weapon to the DCU Batman.

I know this is a tough question to answer, but how much can tell us about Bruce and Selina's relationship in the future of the run? Passing the Torch: Penguin privately expresses joy at the thought of the two children that inherited his empire taking out Catwoman and Batman while he's retired. I’ve never read a Chip Zdarsky-written comic that’s blown me away and that remains the case after Batman: The Knight #1. It’s not poorly written, nor is Carmine Di Giandomenico’s art bad, but the story completely unimpressed me as a longtime reader of Batman who’s read and seen several retellings of his origins before. There’s nothing fresh or original about Zdarsky’s take and nowt here to hook me to want to keep up with the series. I've been having a lot of fun reading Zdarsky's Marvel work so hearing that he's going to give Batman a try was very exciting. We never know what the future holds in the world of publishing, but how many arcs do you currently have planned for Batman? Personally speaking, I'd like to see DC keep you on the title for as long as you're interested in doing it.A battle is brewing in Gotham between the Bat and the Cat, but crime is down in Gotham City…could that be a bad thing? Spinning out of the nightmares that haunt Batman in Knight Terrors: Batman, Batman/Catwoman: The Gotham Warbegins on August 29, 2023. The Dawn of DC crossover event takes place in Batman and Catwoman, as well as in special one-shots and a miniseries.

Bruce: The cycle: break, heal, break, heal. How much longer can I do this? The pain. I used to be able to bear it. Fans can follow the action in Batman/Catwoman: The Gotham War – Battle Lines #1, Batman #137 & #138, Catwoman #57 & #58, Batman/Catwoman: The Gotham War: Red Hood #1 & #2, and Batman/Catwoman: The Gotham War – Scorched Earth #1. Sometimes you need to be five steps ahead if you’re not to encounter an unwelcomed surprise. Life can turn out to be a game with devastating consequences without exploring worse-case scenarios and elaborating contingency plans. For the Dark Knight, such plans need to be devised when it comes to the world’s finest heroes. Despite their pure intent to save the world, it only takes one bad day to see them turn against those that they serve and protect. And with that kind of mindset, plans need to be laid out to stop himself if he’s to ever veer too deep into the darkness. Now the lead writer of the canonical Batman comic book series, Chip Zdarsky (Spider-Man: Life Story, Daredevil, Jughead) teams up with artist Jorge Jiménez (Justice League, Batman) to continue the legacy of the Caped Crusader in this latest volume, collecting Batman #125-130, as Gotham’s guardian of the night faces off against a startling new enemy, a nightmare of his own making. Strong Family Resemblance: While not as ugly as her father, Addison Cobblepot inherited his Sinister Schnoz and short height. First, what gives you the right to be writing Batman and Daredevil at the same time? You think you’re Frank Miller or something?

Still, the plot was still rather boring and this was in no way a great story. In fact It wasn't really an enjoyable one either. But it was a satisfying conclusion. I'll give it that. Eisner Award nominee – Best Publication for Teens (ages 13–17) ( Jughead, with Ryan North, Erica Henderson and Derek Charm) All that to say, I don't have plans for Harvey right now since he's being used so well right now in Detective! Of course, it cuts both ways. Superman's not wrong, but he also didn't consider how a man as paranoid and ruthless as Batman would respond to such a critique — especially if he ultimately agreed with Clark.
